As the official kickoff of the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear, the PwC Grand Prixmiere presented by Chevrolet is a summer chic evening that brings together City of Detroit supporters and the racing community to raise funds dedicated to creating meaningful change with the City by investing in people and the public spaces they enjoy.
The 2023 PwC Grand Prixmiere presented by Chevrolet will be held on Friday, June 2. This unforgettable evening of delicious food, exclusive auction packages and entertainment raises funds dedicated to the Belle Isle Conservancy, Boys and Girls Club of Southeastern Michigan, Detroit Public Safety Foundation, Detroit 300 Conservancy and Pope Francis Center. The event will be chaired by Michelle and Jeff Gardner, General Motors Vice President of Global Hardware Components and Subsystems.
Since 2014, the PwC Grand Prixmiere presented by Chevrolet has raised over $6 million for the Belle Isle Conservancy. Among many other island initiatives, these funds have provided support to help operate the Belle Isle Aquarium free of charge to the public and to support the Conservancy's mission to protect, preserve and enhance the island's natural landscape and historic structures, including the iconic James Scott Memorial Fountain.
