Current 2020 ticketholders have the option of transferring their order to the 2021 event or requesting a refund.
Note: Requests for refunds must be received by April 28, 2020.
If the Grand Prix has not received a refund request by this deadline, your 2020 tickets will be automatically transferred to the 2021 event.

How do I submit my request for renewal or refund of the 2020 tickets purchased?
An email will be sent to all 2020 ticket holders. Ticket holders need to click the link in the email to transfer their 2020 order to the 2021 event and follow the prompts to submit the renewal request. Ticketholders that have not received an e-mail or would like a refund of their 2020 ticket order, please contact the Ticket Office by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 866.464.PRIX (7749).
Is there a deadline to submit my decision of renewal or refund?
Yes, you must submit your request by 5pm EST April 28, 2020. If you do not respond by that date your seats will be automatically renewed for 2021.
What is the advantage of renewing now and having my payment transferred over to the 2021 event?
You will keep the same seats and lock in 2020 pricing for the 2021 event.
What if I want the same seats for 2021 but I could really use the money back at this time?
Select the refund option and then buy your 2021 event tickets during the renewal period just before sales open to the general public. However, there is no guarantee 2021 ticket prices will be the same as 2020.
