What do I need to know before submitting my Ticket Application?
Purchasing your tickets early locks in lower pricing and offers the best available seats available at that time. We suggest you review What's New for 2024 and the Grandstand Location Map and Price Chart to make yourself familiar with all the options available.
How do I submit a Ticket Application?
Ticket Applications are submitted online and must include credit card information to be considered complete. You will be asked to select up to three preferences out of a variety of grandstands and price points. An email confirmation of your Ticket Application willl be sent for your reference.
Will I be contacted prior to my seats being assigned?
Submitting your application is considered your intent to purchase. Seat assignments are based on the preferences submitted, availability and submission date. You will not be contacted to discuss options.
When will I be advised of my seat assignment?
Ticket Applications are processed after our renewal and relocation process is completed. Once your application has been processed, your credit card will be charged and an order confirmation email will be sent.
What if I have a very specific request?
All specific requests should be noted in the text box provided with the Ticket Application. Please keep in mind that very specific seat requests, aisle seating, top row, front row, etc., can be difficult to fulfill in high demand areas and limit seat assignments. Comparable seating will be assigned if the seats you requested are not available.
What if I don't like the seats I am assigned?
Sales are final and non-refundable, however we do our best to accommodate our customers. Within the week of receiving your order confirmation if you are unhappy with the seats assigned, you can call the Ticket Office to explore other options.
What should I know about my payment?
Your credit card will not be charged until your Ticket Application is processed and seats assigned. Your credit card should have an expiration date of 2024 or beyond.
If I choose not to submit a Ticket Application, when can I pick my seats online or by phone?
Tickets can be purchased during our presale which is expected to occur in early December 2023.
I have submitted a Ticket Application and need to make a change, what should I do?
